Task description and requirements
Our client is in need of a Senior S4HANA IBP consultant
Start: July 2024
Duration:18 weeks
Delivery Mode: Hybrid, if not Calgary based, some travel will be required.
Requirements
The project is to remediate their core IBP solution after a complicated initial implementation a few years ago.
10 + years SAP experience
S4HANA IBP Implementation experience
O&G Industry experience
The High Level Scope Of The Project Includes
Rack Back Contract Balancing
Balance rack back contracts efficiently within the IBP platform.
Historical Data
Utilize historical data to establish accurate proportions for planning and forecasting.
Integrating Historic Actual Liftings (HAL) Data
Integrate HAL data into IBP to enhance forecast accuracy and relevance.
Daily Demand Planning
Improve the accuracy of daily demand planning, considering seasonal variations and historical trends.
Roll-Up Planning to Terminal Level (Retail)
Streamline planning processes to consolidate and align forecasts at the terminal level for retail operations.
SEUSA Process Clean-Up
Optimize SEUSA (Sales and Use Tax) processes to ensure clean and efficient data management.
Enhance New Period Opening
Implement improvements to facilitate a smoother and more efficient process for opening new planning periods within IBP.
