- 3+ years in Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 Finance & Operations
- 2+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM
- Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate requirements into designs
- Assist with documentation and solution design
- Document current and target states
- Present solutions to various teams
- Implement and test core enterprise applications
- Provide support during hyper-care and resolve production issues
- Act as an SME across OCS systems
- Post-secondary education in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 and Sales/CRM
- Knowledge of database technologies and architecture principles
- Preferred experience with eCommerce/retail applications and TOGAF
- Hybrid work schedule: Minimum 3 days/week in office
