Task description and requirements
Our Client is looking for a ServiceNow Discovery Specialist for a short-term contract engagement.
Start: June/July 2024
End: September 30, 2024
Location: Toronto
Work Arrangement: 2 days a week in Toronto, 3 days remote. Open to getting profiles of people across Canada, as well.
Role & Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the ServiceNow platform
Strong experience with setting up Discovery in ServiceNow.
Discovery troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Discovery probes.
Reviewing Discovery logs and identifying discrepancies and finding solutions to fix the discrepancies.
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
