Job Description

Our Client is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect for a short-term contract engagement.

Start: June/July 2024

End: September 30, 2024

Location: Toronto

Work Arrangement: 2 days a week in Toronto, 3 days remote. Open to getting profiles of people across Canada, as well.

Roles And Responsibilities



ServiceNow Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining on-premises and cloud native applications. 
Participates in improving our SDLC, Engineering, and DevOps practices. 
Develops both front-end and back-end solutions. 
Designs, develops and maintains solutions, and provides technical guidance to other Team Members. 
Participates in creating SDLC, Architecture, Design and Coding standards. 
Identifies complex business problems and participates in generating solutions. 
Identifies performance issues, analyzes root causes and participates in performance improvement activities. 
Participates in remedying compliance issues. 
Documents and communicates problems, designs and solutions. 
Assesses effort and complexity of ServiceNow Enhancements via Demands or Projects 
Provide technical evaluation of ServiceNow Enhancements against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices 


Requirements



Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the ServiceNow platform 
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect 
Minimum 2 years Solution experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and Integrations 
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, HTML, AJAX, CSS, JSON 
Excellent knowledge of CSDM 4.0, ServiceNow CMDB structure, UI/UX and ITAM 
Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation 
Experience working in a large cross-functional team environment. 
Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and/or Agile. 
Strong written and verbal communication skills 


Certifications



Certified Technical Architect (CTA) 
Certified System Administrator (CSA) 
Certified Application Developer (CAD) 
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) 
Certified Integration Specialist 


Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
