Task description and requirements

• Administer medication injections as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and families on healthcare topics, including medication usage, disease management, and preventive care.
• Monitor patient health conditions and vital signs, reporting any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
• Perform blood withdrawal procedures safely and accurately, adhering to established protocols and ensuring patient comfort.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all interactions, medications administered, and treatments provided.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols to uphold patient safety and confidentiality.
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on healthcare trends and best practices.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Experience with patient education and health counseling.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and safety standards.

• Must have a RN Nursing License
• Previous managerial experience in long-term care preferred.
• Experience dealing with the cognitively impaired.
• Demonstrated commitment to working with seniors.

• RN License (required)
• VSS (Vulnerable Sector Screening) within 1 year (required)
• 2 Steps TB (Tuberculosis) Test within 1 year (required)
• CPR within the last 3 years (required)
• Mask Fit within the last 2 year (required)
