Task description and requirements
- Provide DSM-V diagnostic assessments that include assessing the clients function and ability to work.
- Create treatment plans that support the client in returning to work.
- Cultivate a work is healthy approach to care within this program.
- Represent the clinical team at case conferences and other meetings with the referring agent.
- Facilitate group therapy and individual therapy sessions, as required.
- Complete high-quality reports that meet the needs of the referring agent within the stated timeline.
- Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure treatment plans followed and updated, as appropriate for the client.
- Function as an expert clinical resource for the team.
- Supports the development of evidence-based curriculum and the expansion of programs and services.
- Provides supervision to psychologist practicum students.
- Provides CBT/DBT informed consultations to the team which assists with problem solving regarding complex clients and referent care, as well as training and best practices for clinical care
- Maintain registration in multiple provinces to support virtual care. (EHN will cover costs)

- PhD/PsyD
- Experience working with clients on disability, workers compensation, etc.
- Experience in supporting return to work
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care

- Demonstrated excellent communication, facilitation and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all members of the health care team
- Strong organizational skills

- Evidence of ongoing professional development
