- Support the customer in S/4 HANA Customizing and Implementation (Classical IS-U-BI Billing (rate creation untilbill creation)
- Knowledge in customizing and setup of the processes from meter reading to billing to final bill with focus on the billing procedures
- Support the customer in Documentation
- Support of Go-Live
