Task description and requirements

We are working on Business Analyst/Organizational Change Management requirement for our client Government of Saskatchewan (GoS) and sharing it with you.

Date Resource Required Term:  The intended start date for the role is July, 2024.

Location: The position is intended to be full-time and will be 100% onsite, located at a Government of

Saskatchewan office in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.

Contract Duration

The duration of the Contract will be for one (1) year with options to extend the contract for up to one (1) additional year.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading large scale projects with a multi-million-dollar budget that includes complex business analysis and organizational change management activities.
  • Candidate to provide project details and timelines.
  • Professional Certification in Business Analysis and Organizational Change Management Certification.
  • Ability to work full-time, 100% onsite at a Government of Saskatchewan office located in Regina, Saskatchewan upon contract start date.
  • Demonstrated experience working with information management systems supporting courts, corrections or similar human services organizations.
  • Local Knowledge 
  • GOS is interested in understanding the Resource’s experience with GOS, or comparable entities, as it relates to the technical and business landscape.
  • Describe in detail with relevant examples.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Government of Saskatchewan’s Criminal Justice Information Management System or an equivalent system in a comparable entity.
  • This requirement is heavily weighted.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of court and corrections operations specific to video court functions and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and successfully delivering change management plans, stakeholder engagement assessments, readiness assessments, training plans and communication plans.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and successfully delivering and gathering business requirements, facilitating focus groups, and completing current/future state process maps.
  • Demonstrated experience as the Business Analyst lead on at least one large complex project that involved gathering requirements, identifying current and future state processes, and communicated findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly within the last three years.
  • Candidates are asked to describe what makes this a complex project.
  • Complex is defined as a project with multiple stakeholders, vendors and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience as the Organizational Change Management lead on at least one large complex project that involved implementing major transformational changes to staff, business systems or tools, and operation processes.

  • Demonstrated experience recognizing and addressing resistance and performance gaps.
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience and knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Azure DevOps.
