Job Title: REQ20653 – Change Manager (CM) Level 3

Location: Fredericton, Remote
Contract Duration: ASAP until July 24, 2026 (Possible extension and FT conversion)
Hours: 7.25 hours/day

Note: Work is remote, but monthly travel to New Brunswick is required. Temporary office space will be coordinated as needed.

Deliverables:

  • Stakeholder Engagement Strategies: Develop and maintain a change management strategy aligned with the communication strategy, outlining clear goals, objectives, and measures for the CIS project.
  • Change Management Plan: Serve as a guide for stakeholder adoption and acceptance, updated continuously as the project progresses.
  • Develop Stakeholder Feedback Mechanism: Establish feedback mechanisms for community engagement.
  • Stakeholder Feedback Analysis: Analyze feedback to understand engagement sentiment and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Events: Organize workshops, seminars, and other events to engage stakeholders, address concerns, and build relationships.
Responsibilities:

  • Experience in Change Management and developing change management programs
  • Developing training and communication plans
  • Delivering Benefits Evaluation Strategy and Plan
  • Facilitating workshops
  • Presenting to Senior Management
  • Identifying and assessing change impacts on business processes and technology solutions
  • Analyzing and evaluating alternatives based on business and technical impact, cost/benefit considerations
  • Engaging stakeholders in effective change
  • Developing and implementing change management processes and tools
  • Leading change management team activities within time and cost parameters
Supervision:

  • May work independently or under the general supervision of a Program Director.
  • Provides work leadership to business owners and reports project-related changes to the Project Manager.
