Your Skills
- Proven practical experience in software development within the ServiceNow environment, with at least 2 relevant projects or 2 years of practical experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge in developing the Vulnerability Response module in ServiceNow, evidenced by at least 2 relevant projects or 2 years of practical experience.
- At least one relevant certification in the ServiceNow environment (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator).
- English proficiency (written and spoken) at level B2
Your Tasks
- Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform, especially in the Vulnerability Response module, in line with the client's technical requirements and applicable coding standards.
- Design and implement modules, forms, and user interfaces as defined by the client to optimize usability and efficiency.
- Implement and test user stories to ensure solutions meet client needs.
- Develop interfaces via plug-ins, REST API, or other methods to integrate ServiceNow with other systems.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow frontends to enhance user experience.
- Establish and manage knowledge bases within ServiceNow.
- Identify, analyse, and resolve errors. Perform updates and maintenance to ensure continuous performance and reliability.
- Work closely with solution architects and other team members to understand technical requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Document the technical implementation of solution designs to ensure maintainability and facilitate knowledge transfer.
