Your Skills
- Demonstrated practical experience as a Service Operator / Engineer in the ServiceNow environment
- At least one relevant certification in the ServiceNow environment (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator)
- English proficiency (written and spoken) at level B2
- Experience with integration and API usage in ServiceNow
- Experience as a ServiceNow developer in the Vulnerability Response module
- Experience with the Incident Management module in ServiceNow

Your Tasks
- Provision of technical support for customers and users of the PSM Portal @ SE-SAM.
- Handling and resolution of customer and user issues regarding the PSM Portal @ SESAM.
- Monitoring of the PSM Portal @ SESAM for early detection and resolution of issues.
- Analysis and troubleshooting of technical problems occurring during the use of the PSM Portal.
- Development and implementation of solutions for quick resolution of system errors.
- Professional communication with customers and users to clarify and resolve their concerns.
- Regular creation of technical reports and analyses.
- Identification of recurring issues and development of measures to improve system performance.
- Collaboration with the development team to resolve system errors and implement improvements.
