Your Skills
- Proven practical experience as a project manager
- Experience in project management and support in the passenger and rail transport sector
- Proven practical knowledge of project management methods in the field of agile software development
- English proficiency (written and spoken) at level B2
- Knowledge of methods and techniques in agile projects
- Know-how in communication and moderation
- nice to have: German proficiency (written and spoken) at level B2

Your Tasks
- Defining and structuring the project performance and work packages, and coordinating these with the client and project participants.
- Scheduling project services, creating project plans, and coordinating planning with stakeholders.
- Conducting resource planning.
- Monitoring whether project objectives are being met and developing and evaluating measures to maintain project objectives (particularly regarding time, scope, and budget) and minimize project risks.
- Identifying and analyzing challenges, problems, and risks in the project, coordinating action options, facilitating decisions by the client, and monitoring the implementation of measures.
- Risk management, including identifying potential risks and developing measures to mitigate risks. Monitoring supplier deliverables in the project and compliance with relevant contracts.
- Providing timely service settlements.
- Promoting effective interdisciplinary collaboration within the project team and at project interfaces.
- Organizing and moderating project meetings and workshops within the project context.
- Communication and reporting to the client and stakeholders.
- Creating, providing, and presenting project assignments, resource planning, status and risk reports, decision templates, and other project-relevant information for clients, executives, committees, and stakeholders.
- Documenting project results, findings, and decisions.
- Conducting the relevant quality gates in the project according to the client's guidelines.
- Scope management: coordinating the initial project scope, actively monitoring the project scope, creating change requests considering time and budget impacts, and obtaining approval from all relevant stakeholders/sponsors.
