Task description and requirements

We are currently looking for a ITIL Process Management Experts.


Your tasks include:


+ Help design and document various ITIL processes such as Business Continuity, Patch Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Access Management, etc. for a business unit offering a SaaS product

+ Assist in the implementation of these processes into daily operations

+ Assist in collective evidence over a period of time showing the existence and effectiveness of these processes

+ Throughout all of these activities, focus should be on establishing a level 1 maturity yet effective processes, while setting the vision for development of these processes for enhanced maturity in the short/mid-term

Requirements:

+ 5 years of experience in designing and implementing ITIL processes for a SaaS product

+ Fluent English
