Task description and requirements

About

Our client is a Tier 1 subcontractor to aircraft OEMs in commercial and business aviation, and a leader in designing, manufacturing, and delivering aerospace products, services, and solutions.

We are seeking a Portfolio Manager for a renewable 6-month temporary contract.

Your Responsibilities



 Innovate and deploy advanced inventory management solutions. 
 Continuously maintain and improve data quality. 
 Ensure precise and timely delivery of products. 
 Effectively respond to specific needs of internal clients. 

Inventory Management:



 Monitor and manage overstocked parts/materials, implementing corrective actions and escalating issues as needed. 
Optimize inventory management to maximize utilization, reduce dormant stocks in production, and enhance data accuracy in our inventory system (SAP). 
 Monitor and improve inventory performance indicators, ensuring compliance with General Conditions of procurement policy. 
 Collaborate closely with procurement business lead and control tower for effective activity coordination. 

OUR REQUIREMENTS:



 Five years of experience in the aerospace or heavy industry sector. 
 Demonstrated autonomy with developed analytical and reflective abilities. 
 Structured and organized approach to work. 
 Demonstrated rigor and precision in task execution. 
 Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional meetings. 
 Ability to synthesize information effectively. 
 Excellent communication skills in English.
