Position Summary: The Administrative Manager, under the direction of the Executive Director, will work independently and collaboratively, performing various administrative tasks, preparing correspondences, reports, presentations, and supporting senior management. The role involves policy coordination, data compilation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The Administrative Manager also serves as the Facility’s Privacy Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Senior Management Team.
  • Develop policies, RFPs, and contracts.
  • Perform statistical analysis and trend reporting.
  • Assist with accreditation and special projects.
  • Organize meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Arrange travel for staff and visitors.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy legislation.
  • Oversee the administration team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Manage records and data storage.
Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary certification in business administration with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in privacy law, human resources, and data management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Knowledge of CARF, Accreditation Canada procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Experience with graphic design is an asset.
