You will be required to be in the office in Hamilton 5 days per week, during the initial training period.

REQUIREMENTS:


Proven work experience in sales
Passionate about sales and delivering solutions
Highly motivated, target driven and believes in delivering value to clients
Excellent at generating new customer pipelines
Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Previous experience working in a team environment
Interpersonal, strong communication and listening skills
Must achieve a RIBO Insurance license before your start date (The company will reimburse you for study material and exam cost once passed)
Valid driver’s license and vehicle
You will meet clients in person, network, attend networking events, and cold-call to generate sales leads.
