Note:

The resource must be available to work on-site, full time in Fredericton.  At the sole discretion of SNB, a blend of on-site and off-site in Fredericton may be considered after the resource has been adequately integrated to the work.  Office space with current technology and access to necessary information will be provided in HSBC Place, Fredericton, NB for the duration of the engagement.

Deliverables

The successful candidate must deliver the following in order to successfully complete the engagement:

  • Facilitation of workshops and information gathering sessions including the creation of supporting materials such as presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, etc;
  • Documentation of as is and to be business processes and standard operating procedures using such tools as business process modelling notation (BPMN)
  • Documentation of functional and non-functional business requirements, gap analysis, and user stories/use cases as it relates to new or changing program needs
  • Documentation to support training activities including reference guides and tools
  • Document operational framework to support operational program delivery.
Requirement Detail/Qualifications

General Duties:

  • Support the software development team.
  • Work with both client and development team members to elicit requirements, write user stories, define goals, document requirements, and analyze business functions to become familiar with the business domain.
  • Identify business work flows and determine stakeholder needs.
  • Author test case specifications, requirements traceability documentation, and contribute to the compilation and execution of test plans.
  • Support and contribute to the Agile practices adopted by the development team.
