Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have over 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with a strong background in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, and Risk Operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
â¢Conduct thorough business analysis and document requirements for Capital Markets, Investment Banking, and Risk Operations projects.
â¢Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
â¢Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
â¢Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and validate business requirements.
â¢Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes and provide actionable insights.
â¢Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
â¢Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
