Deliverables

  • Report to Program Manager
  • Business Analysis
    • Assess needs in operations through engagement with T1,2, 3 and provide input to Program Manager and Project team for needed enhancements
    • Support engagement with PH engagement, listen for needs, updates to FAQ’s
    • BA Support for implementing additional COVID needs
    • Work collaboratively with project BAs supporting project and program activities across workstreams
    • Business Continuity Planning
    • Support citizen engagement sessions to facilitate analysis and design based on feedback
    • Create Training Documentation and materials as needed and guided by citizen engagement feedback and change management plans
    • Develop MyHealthNB program operational support model in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and core team members across workstreams
    • Analysis for full project transition to operations
    • Support for MyHealthNB Program and Operations Plan
  • Manage Support for MyHealthNB solutions
    • Escalation for all support
    • Manage vendor relations
    • Lead on the regular operations meetings
    • Provide updates and status on operations, stats for T1
    • Provide Tier 3 support as needed
    • Provide Tier 2 support as backup
    • Train Tier 1, 2 new people
  • Documentation
    • Maintain and update Support Documentation in response to operations
    • Develop MyHealthNB program operational process, procedures and policies
    • Business Continuity planning and documentation
  • Release Management for MyHealthNB solutions
    • Manage hot fix, urgent prod issues (Simeio, VeroSource, eHealth components)
    • Ensure proper testing is completed, regression testing
    • Ensuring approvals, communications, deployments, notifications are coordinated
    • Performing and ensuring production validation checks
  • Outage Notifications / Business continuity
    • Manage Planned Outage Notifications and communications
    • Manage Unplanned Outage Notifications and communications
 

Requirement Detail/Qualifications

Business Systems Analyst

  • Must have knowledge and experience in the use of information and communications technologies.
  • Must have knowledge and experience in strategic planning and change management.
  • Will lead and/or participate in grant and research proposal writing, presentation(s)
  • Will lead and/or participate in the development and presentation of business/value cases.
  • Will lead and/or participate in the development of business requirements to support business/value cases
  • Liaison (representation) for the organization on regional, provincial and national committees.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written) including the preparation of research and grant proposals.
  • Will assist in the development and implementation of solutions to meet the strategic objectives and goals
  • Possess experience in stakeholder management and collaboration
  • Contributes business perspective to project teams
Supervision:

  • May work independently or under the general supervision of a Program Director
  • May direct the work of other business and/or systems analysts.
