Job Description:

Oracle Apps Subject Matter Expert with 10+ years of IT ERP Cloud project management experience

 -Conversant with ERP Cloud modules for Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Business Intelligence

 -Highly skilled in delivering Oracle Applications solutions (web-based, cloud based) to meet business needs including managing conversions, integrations, upgrades, infrastructure, implementations, and operational readiness.

 -Sr. Level knowledge of Oracle Cloud Finance Modules (EDM, PCM, A2R, FAW, P2P, S2P, R2R, O2C, ARCS, etc.)

 -Sr. Level knowledge of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Modules (Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Return of Goods, etc.)

 -Trained in Oracle Fusion

 -Able to guide ERP Business Stakeholders and IT Implementation Teams through initial Analysis (BRD, FRD, Fit gap, FRD, etc.), Solution Design & Config, Development, Data Migration, Training, Testing, and Operational Readiness

 -Able to recognize and avoid common pitfalls like Cost Overruns, Project Delays, System Instability, Broken Functionality, Poor User Adoption & Training, and Data Issues

 '-Able to collect and analyze the data required to create effective status reports. Experience with delivering written and verbal status reports to Sr. IT Leaders and C-Level executives.

 -Be the primary point of contact working with Program Managers to manage the execution of ERP Consolidation projects.

 -Act as owners of their project’s activities (Conversion, Integration, Reports, Infrastructure & Ops Readiness), while coordinating with Change Management PM

 -Manage the day-to-day planning, execution, and communication of project goals and status. This includes planning and execution of scope, schedule, and resources.

 -Be responsible for Progress Reporting of project milestones to Stream Owners & PGMs

 -Lead project level issue and dependency definition as well as risk identification, management, and escalation. Support project teams with issue resolution and manage escalation to the program level.

 -Support the Technical teams that are accountable for Conversion, Integrations, Reports, Ops Readiness (IT) and Infrastructure related activities including QE leveraging the business requirements supplied by the Functional teams. This includes the delivery of the IT requirements and completion of the related technical documents and / or assigned technical tasks for Conversion, Integration, Reports, Infrastructure and Ops Readiness IT. 

Support the ERP project managers and the project team in delivering the ERP project successfully. Responsibilities will include creating and updating the project plan, schedule, budget, and scope; coordinating and facilitating the project meetings, workshops, and training sessions; communicating and reporting the project status, risks, issues, and changes to the project manager and other stakeholders; managing and tracking the project resources, deliverables, and documentation; assisting the project manager in quality assurance, testing, and deployment of the ERP system; as well as providing end-user support and feedback during and after the project implementation.

 Requirements: 

 '-Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or management.

 -Strong understanding of ERP systems and implementation processes.

 -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 -Proficiency in project management software and tools.

 -Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

 -Strong decision-making skills.

 -Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

 -Strong documentation and reporting skills.

 -Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
