DESCRIPTION:

The Digital Learning Designer will design, develop, and implement digital learning solutions that align with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, multimedia production, and e-learning technologies. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for enhancing the learning experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Instructional Design:
    • Develop instructional materials and e-learning modules based on sound instructional design principles.
    • Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
    • Content Development:
    • Design and produce multimedia elements such as videos, graphics, animations, and simulations.
    • Write clear and concise content, including scripts, storyboards, and assessments.
    • Technology Integration:
    • To develop digital learning content, use e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Synthesia).
    • Integrate digital learning solutions with learning management systems (LMS).
    • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and feedback.
    • Evaluation and Improvement:
    • Apply assessment and evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of digital learning solutions.
    • Continuously improve learning content based on feedback and data analysis.
REQUIREMENTS:

    • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
    • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
    • Proven experience in creating multimedia content and using e-learning authoring tools.
    • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
    • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Synthesia, etc.
    • Excellent graphic design skills and familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
