Task description and requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
- At least 3 years in a senior lead role, managing or leading a team of SAP professionals.
- Hands-on functional experience with SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, MM, IM.
- Proven leadership skills with a history of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Extensive experience in SAP delivery planning, including milestone planning, resource assignment, and securing budgets.
- Strong strategic thinking and flexibility in implementing solutions in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leaders.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident with the ability to travel between the US and Canada.
- Lead and grow a team of functional analysts and architects to design and implement SAP solutions for the Procure to Pay business function.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to align technology with business strategies and needs.
- Develop SAP roadmaps, strategies, and budgets to support business goals.
- Oversee third-party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and enhance the user experience.
- Ensure the integrity of solutions through rigorous testing and quality assurance.
- Prioritize and manage demand items in the P2P space.
- Be accountable for the overall SAP solution delivery, including both planning and execution.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop team members.
