Task description and requirements

Description: We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong quantitative, mathematical, and critical thinking skills to calculate and validate pension administration data. This role involves resolving data issues and updating contract data for various employers.

Responsibilities:

  • Use quantitative skills to calculate and validate pension administration data.
  • Identify patterns and gaps in data and execute solutions within prescribed limits and procedures.
  • Learn new applications and processes quickly to work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Work within established timelines and priorities, maintaining a strong focus on quality.
  • Operate in a fast-paced team environment with clear communication and accountability.
  • Utilize AS/400 knowledge and Power BI experience, both of which are assets.
  • Apply pension knowledge and understanding as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years as a Data Analyst, with experience in pension administration.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Power BI and knowledge of AS/400 systems is an asset.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team.
