Healthcare Solutions Implementation Engineer

Our client is looking to add a Healthcare Implementation Engineer to join their team as they support an Epic implementation in Canada.

The ideal candidate with have experience in product configuration, implementation in Citrix, Active Directory, VMware Admin, building host, maintaining VM's, Epic ECSA/ODBA (bonus), etc.

Requirements:

Speaks French fluently and lives in Canada (prefer Quebec)
Healthcare IT Engineer - experience with implementations (bonus if Imprivata)
Experience in Healthcare
Experience with product configuration and implementation with Citrix, Active Directory, VMware, building host, maintaining VM's, and ECSA (would be a bonus)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide technical environment assessment and a detailed solution output for team members to execute on.
Own the customer implementation lifecycle from customers based on execution of assigned project tasks including installing Imprivata products, testing, and managing the project through end user deployment.
Contribute to the creation & maintenance of project and process related 'best practice' methodologies, training and documentation.
Act as a solutions expert in the Imprivata product line and understand how we integrate with various technologies (Citrix, VDI, AutoIT, MDM’s.etc).
Assist with maintaining a repository of current Imprivata product solutions and offerings that will be used by the PMO to efficiently lead projects.

Qualifications:

5+ years demonstrated expertise implementing enterprise software packages or custom systems.
3-5 years of experience with Windows administration and applications and ability to successfully troubleshoot independently.
Working knowledge of Imprivata solutions: OneSign/ConfirmID, Imprivata PAM, Imprivata Ground Control
Working knowledge of modern EMR systems such as: Epic, Cerner, McKesson, Meditech
Working knowledge of Virtualization Technologies: Citrix, VMWare, Hyper-V, Nutanix
Working knowledge of modern MDM solutions such as: VMware Workspace ONE UEM (AirWatch), Citrix Endpoint Management, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Ivanti Endpoint Manager Mobile
Working experience with database such as: MS-SQL, ORACLE, MySQL, PostgreSQL
Working experience with SQL, stored procedures, SSIS
Experience with client-server model software implementations that impact end users.
Experience with support CRM systems. SalesForce experience a plus
Experience with Identity Management Solutions, provisioning systems iDG, Web SSO
UI level Scripting experience with one of the following: VBScript, JavaScript, AutoIT
Experience with LAN/WAN network infrastructure including understanding of switches, routers, firewalls desirable.
Excellent verbal and written skills, leadership skills, analytical skills, and project management experience (PMP certification is a plus).

Logistics:

Must live in Canada. Travel to multiple sites around Quebec (Client will Pay for travel, reimburse for mileage, food)
