Project Manager-Maintenance(PM) Training Refresh

Our Calgary based global client requires an ERP Project Manager-with SAP or Oracle Plant Maintenance expertise to lead a Maintenance Training Refresh project.

 Solid PM with SAP ECC Plant Maintenance implementation experience,
Site level knowledge on Maintenance Work management process.
Strong knowledge of Maintenance business processes and training documentation on Maintenance business processes, work management and ERP (Oracle EAM or SAP PM) Job aids

Work Location: REMOTE/ Calgary MT Zone Start Date: 01/09/2024 End Date: 31/05/2025 Duration: 9 months

Skills & Requirements

• Demonstration of strong leadership skills through specific project team examples.

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with expert fluency in Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Competent and proficient understanding of a variety of technology platforms, including ERP’s such as SAP ECC, SAP S4 HANA, Oracle and PeopleSoft as well as current Internet technologies.

• Proven strength in the application and interpretation of Project Management methodologies.

• Industry recognized certification in Project Management, with post certification experience.

• Bachelor's degree from recognized post-secondary institution preferable bachelor’s degree in engineering from recognized university.

• At least 10 years of business project management experience

Skills / Knowledge

• Site level knowledge on Maintenance Work management process

• Experience with implementing Oracle EAM or SAP ECC 6.0 Plant Maintenance ERP solution in process-oriented manufacturing facilities (oil and gas, pharmaceutical or chemical/fertilizer manufacturing)

• Strong knowledge of Maintenance business processes and training documentation on Maintenance business processes, work management and ERP (Oracle EAM or SAP PM) Job aids

• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines using analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, vendors, and other departments.

• Diverse and creative solution orientation focusing on both technical and process solutions for the financial business area.
