Complex Greenfield business S4 transformation implementation from an old legacy system called Infoflow. Scope Finance, Logistics, manufacturing, BI.

Job Summary

The SAP Training Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing, designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for end-users within the client organization. Responsibilities include assessing learning needs, collaborating with subject matter experts, and developing engaging training materials. The role requires expertise in SAP modules, effective communication skills, and the ability to align training initiatives with organizational objectives. The SAP Training Specialist will ensure a smooth training process, adapting to project timelines, system readiness, and the availability of relevant stakeholders.

Education And Certificates




A bachelor's degree in Adult Education or equivalent work experience
5 years of related experience in IT training or a similar role
Change management certification is an asset



Technical Skills And Experience




Experience working with SAP Enable Now as an administrator, producer, and viewer
Familiarity with SAP processes, S/4 HANA, and FIORI is an asset
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Proficiency in SharePoint and LMS is an asset

Key Responsibilities




Conduct training needs analysis to assess training gaps and cross-functional impacts of SAP training
Create or review course outlines, design and develop training materials, update business scenarios, and validate training data sheets
Maintain and update training materials, including SAP Enable Now, and ensure training material format is standardized and translated
Provide estimates on change request as they relate to maintenance of training material
Monitor for system changes and assess the impacts to the SAP training program
Manage and publish training documentation SharePoint in English and French for instructors and end-users, update clients' site with new training materials, and align with IT on the structure and security of training SharePoint
Manage and support the training environment system, monitor data loads and transports, request and distribute user IDs, and align with Basis and Global teams on system updates and transport freeze
Collaborate with various teams in the organization to deliver quality training and communicate with instructors on training system-related issues or access issues during training delivery



 Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
