Note:

Remote work is allowed however, proponents should be able to travel to the province of New Brunswick at least once a month throughout the project duration. Temporary office space will be coordinated through the project office as needed.

Deliverables

The successful proponents must deliver the following,to successfully complete the engagement:

  • Work with clients and internal teams to define and establish workstream scope and requirements, create solutions, and develop an executable plan, accounting for resource needs, and timelines.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with stakeholders at various levels, including clinicians, IT teams, healthcare administrators, and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive structure and content for workstream status meetings with key client stakeholders.
  • Report status and progress of assigned activities to program management as required.
  • Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
  • Facilitate requirements sessions with clinical stakeholders resulting in standards or protocols for clinical documentation, and workflow as required.
  • Collaborate with clinical experts to gather input and insights for the development and refinement of clinical standards.
  • Design and develop facilitation sessions to validate the existing requirements and collect net new business and information technology requirement, including gap analysis.
  • Create and maintain detailed process and solution documentation, including workflows, use cases, user guides, and training materials, to ensure seamless adoption of clinical standards.
  • Other roles, tasks and duties as assigned.
The individual will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete the Department’s Privacy Training prior to commencing the assignment.

 

Requirement Detail/Qualifications

General Duties:

  • Support the software development team.
  • Work with both client and development team members to elicit requirements, write user stories, define goals, document requirements, and analyze business functions to become familiar with the business domain.
  • Identify business work flows and determine stakeholder needs.
  • Author test case specifications, requirements traceability documentation, and contribute to the compilation and execution of test plans.
  • Support and contribute to the Agile practices adopted by the development team.
