Task description and requirements

For one of our clients we are looking for a company which can provide a well-established nearshore team that can support in Java development and product and process management.

We are looking for a team of at least two people.
Gradually, the team can also be expanded to 4 or more people.

The project duration is at least 2-3 years.

Here are a few details about the project scope:
- Position: Team (Java Developer, Product Manager, Process Manager)
- Start: approx. 01.01.2025
- Workload: Full-time 40 hours/week
- Duration: 2-3 Years
- Location: 100% Remote
- Language: English advanced or higher, German very nice to have


Activities:
Person 1: Java development
Person 2: Product Management
Person 3: Process Management
