Process Engineer JD:
Must-Havee:
- Mechanical background
- 4+ years of Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or Continuous Improvement Engineering experience
- Self-starter mentality
Nice to haves:
- Experience working through design review processes / working with machine builders
- Process Development / PFMEA experience
- Experience with process design with a facility
- Experienced with value-stream mapping/design
- Experienced/knowledgeable with CAD drawings (i.e., AutoCAD, Solidworks & Teamcenter)
- Experienced with plant layouts/line layouts / internal logistics mapping
- Experienced with material presentations
Very big nice-to-have:
Automotive Assembly experience in a tier 1/2 facility
