Task description and requirements
Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)
Start Date: April 2, 2024
End Date: March 31, 2025
Hours: 7.25 hours per day
Security Level: No Clearance Required
Must-Haves:
- Experience with IAM tools (Microsoft Entra ID, Oracle IAM)
- Background in IT migration projects (cloud migration, IAM modernization)
Responsibilities:
- Manage large, complex projects for OPS I&IT initiatives
- Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements within time, scope, and budget
- Lead organizational development and strategy planning
General Skills:
- Organizational development and strategy planning
- Project scheduling, cost monitoring, and reporting
- Collaboration with project teams and stakeholders
- Risk management and mitigation strategies
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Project Management Institute's standards
- Understanding of Information Management principles and AODA regulations
