Task description and requirements

For our client we are searching for five Assistants (m/f/d) in the Category Operations with knowledge in SAP projects.

Project Details:
Start: asap
Duration: 1 Month+
Workload: 5 days/week
Location: Munich and remote
Language: English - must; German - nice to have

Tasks:
o Manage and resolve Jira tickets (Supply Clarification Invoices)
o Adjust and update article information within the SAP system.
o Contact suppliers to resolve discrepancies or request information when missing master data.
o Upload any missing or required information into the SAP system promptly and accurately.
o Provide timely feedback to Category Operations Managers regarding the status of invoices clarification tickets and other administrative tasks.

Must haves:
o Experience with Administrative Tools: Ideally experienced with Jira, SAP, or similar systems.
o Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with team members and external suppliers.
o Organizational Abilities: Capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail and prioritizing tasks.
o Problem-Solving Skills: Able to identify issues, analyze information, and provide effective solutions promptly.
o Team Collaboration: Experience working both independently and as part of a team, with a track record of contributing to team success.
