Client: Supply Ontario
Location: 525 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario
Contract Duration: Start: May 13, 2024 - End: November 11, 2024
Work Hours: 7.25 hours per day, 5 days per week
Job Type: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Health811 program to ensure consistent product analysis, design, build, test, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop user experiences, participate in user research, and recommend procedural and feature changes to enhance product functionality.
- Analyze and solve business and client requirements in support of Identity and Authorization service development.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, engage in cross-functional team collaborations, and lead changes in procedures to improve operational efficiencies.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in product process design, re-engineering, and implementation within the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Business Process Mapping, and data analysis.
- Proven ability to manage projects in a matrix environment and provide excellent service to stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ITSM practices and tools like Confluence Wiki and Jira.
Desired Skills:
- Technical Product Analysis, Software Development Life Cycle Management, and Project Management.
- AB and QA Testing, understanding of Technical Architecture, and knowledge of Security and Privacy Governance.
- Customer and User Experience Engagement and Strategy.

- QA and AB Testing: 10 points
- User/Customer Experience Design: 10 points
Deliverables Include:
- Online Appointment Booking systems, Provincial Health Service Directory, content management access for regional leads, and expansions in health screening programs.
- Enhancements to Health811 services including mental health hubs, structural updates to the Knowledge Hub, and improved access to medical records.
