Description et exigences de la tâche
We are currently looking for several JIRA/SAP 1st Level Supporters/Admins for a short-term remote project:
Position: JIRA/SAP 1st Level Supporters
Start: ASAP
Project Duration: 1 Month initially
Work Load: Full time
Location: Remote
Project Stage: After Go-Live
Project Language: English
Tasks:
- Manage and resolve Jira tickets (Supply Clarification Invoices)
- Adjust and update article information within the SAP system.
- Contact suppliers to resolve discrepancies or request information when missing master data.
- Upload any missing or required information into the SAP system promptly and accurately.
- Provide timely feedback to Category Operations Managers regarding the status of invoices clarification tickets and other administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Administrative Tools: Ideally experienced with Jira, SAP, or similar systems.
-Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with team members and external suppliers.
- Organizational Abilities: Capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail and prioritizing tasks.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Able to identify issues, analyze information, and provide effective solutions promptly.
-Team Collaboration: Experience working both independently and as part of a team, with a track record of contributing to team success.
