Description et exigences de la tâche
- Manage, support, and train Admissions Coordinators to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct 1-on-1s with team members to provide feedback, coaching, and support.
- Conduct group sales training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Manage shifting and scheduling of admissions coordinators to ensure adequate coverage.
- Lead the hiring process for new admissions coordinators, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Provide team management, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and professional development opportunities.
- Monitoring calls to improve the quality, minimizing errors, and tracking operative performance.
- Provides product / service information to Admissions Coordinators by answering questions and offering assistance to improve customer interactions.
- Improves quality of caller experience by recommending process or training changes to call centre leadership.
- Attentiveness to and intervene on any phone call quality assurance issues that are observed.
- Handling escalated complicated caller questions or complaints.
- Assist operations department with Admissions process, form, system, and other improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate the intake department with scheduling and documentation prior to patient admission.
- Assist with partial and fully funded admission planning and logistics.
- Patient booking and waitlist management.
- Other duties as assigned.
